Ho Mai Phuong

is our Director. Her foremost concern is delivering customer satisfaction. She earned a university degree in Russian philology (linguistics) and also speaks German and English fluently. Miss Phuong enjoys reading, playing the guitar, and caring for her children. She is very proud of Maria and Christian who can speak five languages.

Thomas Weigelt,

our Managing Director, is German. He moved to Saigon in 1992 and began working for the tourism industry soon after. For ten years, he visited much of Indochina; he is now a recognized travel expert on Vietnam. Thomas likes to laugh with friends around good food and beer. He enjoys playing the guitar and singing. He likes to meet interesting people from around the world. His dream is to travel overland from Vietnam to Germany. Thomas speaks Russian, English, Japanese, and Vietnamese fluently. He is married to Ms. Phuong, together, they have two lovely children.

NGUYEN TUONG MANH NGO

is the System Manager of the System Department in Saigon. He was born in March 1971 and has visited most travel destinations in Vietnam and in the region. He speaks English fluently and has been a manager in tourism industry for more than ten years. He is enthusiastic and loves to meet new people and his dream is to visit all interesting destinations of the world. Mr. Ngo is married and has a son, Nguyen Tran Manh Tung. During free time, he enjoys reading and swimming.

Vu Thi Mai Phuong

works with the reservations and customer service department. She is an enthusiastic person who joined us recently. Before that, she worked as sales executive for a local Vietnamese inbound tour operator. Her Russian and English speaking skills are excellent. She is a creative and friendly person who enjoys working with the tourism industry; it gives her opportunities to speak foreign languages while meeting international clients. Miss Phuong earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Education in Ho Chi Minh City. She enjoys listening to music, playing sports and shopping. Her dream is simply to travel the world.

Ngo Duc Truc

is our Reservations Manager. He was born in April 1971 and is greatly respected by our staff and clients for his friendliness, calmness, accuracy, and professional attitude. He strives always to deliver the best possible service to the customer. Before joining us in 2005, he worked for the tourism industry as a salesman and tour operator. He is fluent in English and has traveled to many destinations in the region. His dream is to visit renowned destinations around the world. Mr. Truc is married; the father of a boy, Ngo Duc Tin. During his leisure time, he likes reading and listening to music.

Le My Phuong

is our Sales Manager of the International Sales & Marketing Department. She has been working with us since day one, has over five years’ experience in the Vietnam tourism industry. She was born in 1977 and is the mother of a playful young son. His name is Lam Thanh Nhan. Besides working in the tourism industry to broaden her knowledge of the world, she is an experienced graphic designer. Miss Phuong earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from the Social Sciences & Humanities University in Ho Chi Minh City. At work, she provides flexibility. Her dream is always to be healthy while living happily with her family.

Pham Thi Ngoc Phuong

is a Tour Operator. She often works in our Russian reservations department. She strives to exceed customer expectations while always being friendly. She was born in 1982 and loves traveling. Miss Phuong earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from the College of Technology and Industrial Management. Her dream is to be “Wonderwoman”, the female counter part of Superman! In the real world, she enjoys simple things such as eating and shopping.

Nguyen Thi Minh Khiem

is in charge of our Accounting department in Saigon. She was born in 1979 and, if you ever meet her, you’ll discover that she is extremely kind, joyful and respectful. She is the mother of Ben, a lovely baby boy. She hasn’t traveled outside of Vietnam, but she loves learning and speaks English quite well. Mrs. Khiem’s dream is to earn enough money to travel the world while taking care of her baby and parents.

Dau Thi My Huong

works for Focus Asia’s Accounting Department in Saigon. She was born in 1982 and is a tiny, quiet person. You’ll often see her focused on her screen and spreadsheets. If you get to know her better, you’ll discover that she also has a big heart. She speaks basic English and started learning more in our weekly staff training program. Her dream is to travel around the world east to west. She likes listening to music and is keen to satisfy customer requests. She earned a diploma in Accounting in Ho Chi Minh City.

Nguyen Thi Ai Van

is an accountant with Focus Asia Saigon. She was born in 1980 and is a very sweet, friendly person. She is tiny in size but has a big heart. She speaks some English and is learning more in our weekly staff training program. She has never practiced her English skills outside of Vietnam but hopes to do so soon. Miss Van likes working with numbers and earned an Accounting diploma in Hanoi. She enjoys shopping with her friends or relaxing at home.

Ngo Thi Thu Hien

has been our representative in Phan Thiet since December 2004. She speaks Russian and English and has travelled to destinations such as Russia and Thailand. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education from the University of Orion in Russia and is about to graduate from Dalat University. She has two daughters whose names are Tran Thi Hai An and Tran Ngo My Binh. She enjoys playing with them at the park or else listening to music and shopping. Her wish is that more and more tourists come to visit Vietnam to discover the beauty of its traditions and culture.

Dmitry Zubkosky

is our representative at Phu Quoc. Born in 1975, he has traveled extensively in South-East Asia, but his favorite place has always been Phu Quoc, where he now lives. Previously he worked in the souvenir business – his first contact with Vietnam and his love to the country started there. He hopes that one day Phu Quoc becomes an elite tourist destination and is working hard to toward this goal. He lives a healthy life and is fond of all kinds of sports.
